Delivery and returns

All Lujos products are made fresh, and to order. We normally make products once a week, so we usually collate orders, and make them all once a week. Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 working days by normal, signed for postal service. If you wish courier service, please email us.

We currently only deliver to the US, Australia and European countries, but if you live elsewhere, email us and we will try to deliver to you.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch, please contact us to arrange this. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you are not satisfied with your products, we will try our best to work out an amenable solution. Our goal is to always have satisified customers, so we will normally replace the product if you are not 100% pleased with it. If for any reason, you are not pleased, please contact us immediately so we can solve the problem together.
